One can differenciate descriptive and normative forms of standardization. Whereas descriptive standardization relates to a wider disciplinary range including sociology, political sciences or psychology, normative ethics is a unique philosophical way of critically standardizing both moral reasoning and moral values <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

First of all, being ahead of technological developments and encouraging uptake by the public and private sectors, <\/strong>connecting and strengthening AI research centres across Europe; supporting the development of an \u201cAI-on-demand platform\u201d that will provide access to relevant AI resources in the EU for all users; and supporting the development of AI applications in key sectors<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Additionally, prepare for socio-economic changes brought about by AI, bysupporting business-education partnerships to attract and keep more AI talent in Europe; setting up dedicated training and retraining schemes for professionals; foreseeing changes in the labour market and skills mismatch; supporting digital skills and competences in science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), entrepreneurship and creativity; encouraging member States to modernize their education and training systems. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Finally, ensure an appropriate ethical and legal framework, in particular related to liability, fairness of decision-making, trust and transparency in the use of data and in the functioning of AI-based applications. <\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Robotic technologies are blurring and overlapping the borders between human subjects and technological objects as robotic technology becomes more autonomous, it is necessary to identify the values and ethical principles that should regulate the interaction of robotic systems with human beings The fundamental challenge for inclusive robotics is the creation of a global strategy for interactive technologies with empirical validations and recognition of the global plurality of values. These ethical principles and values should include human dignity, autonomy, privacy, principle of nonmaleficence, principle of responsibility, principle of beneficence, and justice. <\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
